Job Description

UGRO Capital currently hiring as Business Development Manager (BDM) in Chennai for business expansion and better serving their clients in the Tamil Nadu zone.

Designation : Business Development Manager – Sales

Company : Ugro Capital Limited

Channel : Sales / Business Development

Reporting to :  Branch Manager (BM)

Qualification:  Graduation

Experience/Industry Required :  0-5 years

Work Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Posting will nearby available location )

CTC : 2.80 to 4.26 lac + Performance based incentive

Education:  Graduate with at least 6-7 months of work experince from the industry

Mandatory Docs: All Education certificates, Residence along with Id proof, All Experience letters.

Key Responsibilities at URGO Capital Job in Chennai:

  • Firstly, Develop Business of LAP, Mortgage, Business loans through direct sourcing from Local market base in Chennai
  • Good client connects in the geography and convert in sales.
  • Sales of BFSI and lending products
  • Responsible for processing – documentations of Loans & other financial services.
  • Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & Chennai team/branch targets..
  • Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective city’s priority clients business
  • Customer focused need-based selling
  • Deepen customer relationship and Maximise penetration

Experience Required for BDM Jobs in Chennai: 

  • Must be a graduate (any bachelor degree). MBA’s Freshers can take advantage
  • Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 6 months in the Retail Banking Industry especially Home Loans, Wealth and Current/Savings Accounts sales will be preferred
  • Understanding of the Local of market Chennai
  • Good client connects in the geography
  • Experience in lower ticket size up to 15 lacs
  • Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
